Information we collect
We collect the delivery email address and destination and plan details you submit at checkout. We also keep order, payment-reference, eSIM activation and delivery records so we can fulfil and support your purchase. Stripe processes your card details; eSIM Sonic does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to validate availability and pricing, process payment, provision your eSIM, send installation details, prevent fraud, respond to support requests and keep required business records.
Suppliers and service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that operate our payments, hosting, analytics, email delivery and eSIM fulfilment. These providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and cookies
Essential storage keeps the site working. Optional Google Analytics is disabled until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can clear the site’s local storage in your browser to reset that choice.
Retention and security
We keep order and support records for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls and encrypted services, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
