The service
eSIM Sonic sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. Calls and SMS are not included unless a plan explicitly says otherwise. Coverage, network generation and speed depend on the destination, local operator, device, location, congestion and network availability.
Your responsibilities
You must provide a valid email address, check device compatibility and carrier-unlocked status, follow the installation instructions and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for installing the correct eSIM on the intended device and avoiding deletion after installation.
Plans, activation and expiry
The data amount, validity period, daily allowances, routing and supported destination shown at checkout form part of your order. Validity normally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network unless the plan page states otherwise. An eSIM may not be transferred between devices after installation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in USD and are one-time charges unless stated otherwise. Availability and wholesale cost are rechecked before payment. Stripe processes payment securely. Taxes or card-provider conversion charges may apply depending on your location.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or network-disrupting activity. Plan-specific fair-use limits apply and are explained on the plan page and in our Fair Use Policy.
Service changes
Local operators may change coverage or network conditions outside our control. If we cannot supply the purchased plan, we will offer an appropriate remedy consistent with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, eSIM Sonic is not responsible for indirect loss or failures caused by unsupported devices, incorrect installation, local network outages or events outside our reasonable control.
